Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist Ayurvedic physicians in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment procedures. Support in Panchakarma therapies and other Ayurvedic treatments as instructed. Prepare and administer Ayurvedic medicines, oils, and herbal decoctions. Maintain patient health records, vital signs, and progress updates. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in treatment rooms and wards. Educate patients on post-treatment care, diet, and lifestyle guidelines. Assist in inventory management of Ayurvedic medicines, oils, and consumables. Provide basic first aid and nursing care when required. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other staff for smooth patient service delivery. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital protocols. Qualifications & Skills: DAN&P/ GNM Nursing / B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution (Ayurvedic nursing certification preferred). Knowledge of Ayurvedic procedures, herbs, and therapies is an advantage. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Ayurvedic hospital or wellness centre preferred. Compassionate, patient-centric, and service-oriented attitude.
