Responsibilities:· Patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and daily care planning · IV/IM medication administration and injection handling · Wound dressing, catheter care, tracheostomy and Ryle’s tube management · Post-surgical and elderly patient care · Maintaining nursing records and reporting to doctors / coordinators · Supporting doctors during home visits or online consultations · Ensuring hygiene, safety, and patient comfort · Educating patient and family on home-care practices
