Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse with at least 1 year of experience to join our healthcare team at our Banjara Hills clinic in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will provide professional nursing care to patients, support clinical procedures, and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Prepare and maintain examination/treatment areas and sterilize instruments.
• Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist in documentation.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and general health advice.
• Ensure cleanliness, infection control, and clinical hygiene standards are met.
• Provide emergency care and support in case of critical situations.
• Coordinate with front desk and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (clinic or hospital)
• License: Valid nursing registration (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle patients with care, empathy, and professionalism
• Familiarity with dental or outpatient clinic setups is an advantage

Work Schedule:

• Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
• Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (may vary based on patient flow)
• Flexibility to extend hours if needed
