•      Maintaining and Checking registers - Duty Handover, Emergency medicine •      dispensing, Snehapanam, Infection control (UTI), OT / Physio / Yoga therapies, Admission and Disharge, Bandage cloth, Admission information, Discharge information, Patient address, Vulnerable patients, Lab register, rounds' note, Treatment time note. •      Entering the Check in and Check out time for Physiotherapy. •      Checking the proper dispensing of medications – Ayurveda and Allopathy. •      Checking the Informed consent forms, therapy prescription charts, •      Checking the Handover notes in the register. •      Ensuring that the Simple descriptive pain intensity scale is attached to the medical record, when advised. •      Ensuring hand wash by all the nurses at the appropriate timings. •      Daily rounds in the preparation, medicine room, Saffron restaurant, lab to ensure infection control measures and cleanliness. •      To ensure timely and safe disposal of Bio-Medical waste. •      Assesment of UTI cases and maintaining the register. •      Ensuring the special care for the Vulnerable patients. •      Noting the incidence of falls and raising incidents for the same.   •      Checking the used bandage and arranging for rubber sheet collection. •      Maintaining needle stick injury register.  (SOS).
