Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role located in Noida at Dua Old Age Caring Institution. The Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional care to the residents. Day-to-day tasks include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and supporting residents with daily activities. The Nurse will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of each resident while fostering a respectful and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, nursing procedures, and administering medications.
• Strong skills in monitoring vital signs, addressing emergencies, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Experience with geriatric care, memory care, or working in similar eldercare facilities.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with residents and families.
• Attention to detail and ability to create and update personalized care plans effectively.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Possession of a valid nursing license and relevant certifications for eldercare.
• Previous experience in a caregiving or medical assistant role is preferred but not mandatory.
