Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital standards and medical protocols. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring clinical conditions, and supporting doctors and senior nursing staff. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per physicians’ orders and nursing care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress accurately.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments safely and timely.
• Assist doctors during ward rounds, procedures, and emergency situations.
• Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, mobility, and nutritional needs.
• Follow infection control practices and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, charts, and reports.
• Educate patients and attendants regarding medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations.
• Coordinate with doctors, RMOs, and other healthcare staff for effective patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (GNM / BSc Nursing).
• Valid Nursing Council registration.
• 0–3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Sound clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
• Compassionate attitude with strong commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
