Job Title: Staff Nurse – Experienced (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing) Location: Delhi/NCR Department: Home Care Reporting To: Nursing Supervisor Job Summary We are looking for experienced and dedicated Staff Nurses with a GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, emergency response, and clinical procedures, along with the ability to work in demanding and fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care and monitor patient condition across assigned shifts. Administer medications, IV fluids, and follow prescribed treatment plans. Record and report patient vitals, symptoms, and progress accurately. Assist doctors during rounds, emergency procedures, and surgeries. Maintain accurate documentation and nursing records. Follow hospital protocols for infection control, hygiene, and patient safety. Educate patients and families about ongoing treatment, recovery, and health practices. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations. Support and guide junior nursing staff or interns when needed. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams for effective patient care. Eligibility Criteria Education: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of hospital/clinical experience License: Valid State Nursing Council Registration Skills Required: Strong clinical skills and emergency handling Communication and patient care coordination Adaptability to rotational shifts and high-pressure situations Basic knowledge of healthcare software (preferred) Shift & Leave Structure Shift Type: 12-Hour Rotational Shifts: Day: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Night: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM 24-Hour Shifts (based on department requirements) Leaves: 4 weekly offs per month 2 Casual/Sick Leaves per month Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health Insurance coverage for self (as per company policy) Uniform and meals (as applicable) Paid time off and public holiday coverage Opportunities for continued training and career advancement
