• Experienced Staff Nurse Required
• Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest standards of nursing quality and staff performance within the organization
• Conduct staff evaluations and coordinate interviews for nursing staff
• Organize and lead training sessions and orientation programs for newly hired nurses
• Collaborate with management and clinical teams to maintain compliance with healthcare standards
• Promote continuous professional development and enhance patient care quality across departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
