Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nuclear Medicine Radiation Safety Officer, located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Nuclear Medicine Radiation Safety Officer will be responsible for overseeing radiation safety protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance, and monitoring the safe use of radioactive materials. Daily tasks include conducting safety audits, training staff on radiation safety procedures, maintaining safety equipment, and ensuring compliance with local and international radiation safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in radiation safety management and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of nuclear medicine and safe handling of radioactive material
• Proficiency in conducting safety audits and training staff on radiation safety
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master’s degree in Health Physics, Radiological Sciences, or a related field
• Certification as a Radiation Safety Officer is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
