NTT – Nursery Trained Teacher (Pre-Primary to Grade 1)

Role Overview:
Seeking caring and creative Nursery Trained Teachers to help lay a strong educational foundation for young learners. The teacher should create a joyful learning environment through activities, stories, songs, and visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach alphabet, numbers, shapes, colors, and moral values.
• Use storytelling, singing, art, and play-based learning methods.
• Monitor and report children's development to parents.
• Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Celebrate festivals, theme days, and birthdays with students.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Patience and sensitivity toward young children.
• Creativity and a passion for early childhood education.
• Effective communication with children and parents.
• Knowledge of Montessori or Play-way methods is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Certification in NTT or Early Childhood Education
• 1–2 years of experience in a pre-primary/primary setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Etawah, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
