Job Description

A Yes Bank NRI Relationship Manager (RM) job description involves managing and acquiring non-resident Indian (NRI) clients by cross-selling banking and wealth management products, identifying new sales opportunities, and building client relationships. Key responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, executing trades, and providing excellent customer service to HNI/NRI clients. Key responsibilities

Client acquisition and management:
Acquire new NRI and HNI clients through various channels and grow existing relationships.
Revenue generation:
Achieve revenue targets through the sale of products like equity, mutual funds, and other wealth management solutions.
Client support:
Provide daily support to clients, including helping them execute trades online and assisting with their queries.
Product cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products, such as mutual funds, PMS, and AIFs, to existing clients.
Market awareness:
Stay informed about market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and their impact on financial markets.

Required skills and experience

Experience:
Experience in retail banking with a strong understanding of liability products and wealth management is often required.
Skills:
Strong networking, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills are essential.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with wealth management products, market knowledge, and regulatory guidelines is important.
