NPI Engineer

You will be working as a NPI Engineer based at NSEZ, Phase 2, Noida. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supervising and maintaining the process parameters set in the machines during the card manufacturing operation. - Performing random tests to ensure that the correct parameters are being used in production. - Conducting trainings for the production operators and supervisors periodically. - Updating and documenting the modifications made during process optimization. - Preparing Qualification release reports and conducting meetings with stakeholders as needed. - Implementing the modifications and standards prepared for card production. - Having an understanding of ISO standards, Process parameters (Cp, CPk, SPC, etc.). - Timely submission of samples and responding to queries from Sales and technical support team before sample preparation. - Ensuring a clean and safe work environment. - Maintaining and promoting best practices to meet departmental objectives. - Documenting procedures in case of new processes being added or corrective and preventive actions as required. - Reporting process issues to HOD/Assistant manager for initiating corrective and preventive actions. - Collecting and ensuring integrity of data and preparing daily and monthly reports. - Performing CAPA analysis for customer concerns. - Utilizing AutoCAD for designing Fixtures and FG Product drawings. - Having knowledge of ERP systems for raising requests.
