Job Description:

Job Summary: The NPD Representative is responsible for efficiently managing multiple New Product Development (NPD) projects, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and within established timelines and budgets. This role involves coordinating internal resources and external vendors, establishing project baselines, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and continuously improving project processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the successful execution of multiple NPD projects running in parallel.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams involved in NPD projects.

2. Sensory & Validation of Product:

• Doing Validation and Sensory of each product.
• Preparing recipes as per client requirement.

3. Timely Product Launch:

• Adhere to and ensure the flawless execution of product launch dates for all NPD projects.

4. Baseline Establishment:

• Formally define the cost, scope, schedule, and risk baseline for each project and program.
• Proactively manage and intervene as needed to ensure project delivery aligns with baseline agreements.

5. Stakeholder Management:

• Cultivate positive relationships with project teams, internal team members, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Project Execution:

• Manage day-to-day project execution activities to ensure they align with project schedules and budgets.
• Regularly report on project status, providing updates on progress relative to established timelines and budgets.

7. Procurement Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with the Procurement department to facilitate the procurement of necessary ingredients and materials.
• Ensure strict adherence to project schedules during the procurement process.

8. Cost Monitoring:

• Monitor the progress of project costs and compare them to estimated costs to ensure they remain within the planned budget.

9. Continuous Improvement:

• Analyze and report on the performance of previous projects, identifying areas for process improvement.
• Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of NPD project management processes.
