📍 Location: Hyderabad. Kottur Location
🎓 Qualification: Degree in Mechanical, Production engineering or any related or equivalent field
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years' hands on experience in Development

Job summary
- Rich experience in Cast iron & steel part’s machining process & developments.
- Hands on VTL, HMC, VMC programming & prove-outs as per required quality.
- Reading & interpreting the engineering drawing GD&T, inspection method
- Sound knowledge of GD&T for selection the right process, Machines, Tools, Cutting parameters for the required quality.
- Experience in Large size casting Machining & heavy engineering parts.
- Knowledge of PPAP & SPC process.
- Capable of describing and documenting processes.
- Knowledge of Fix. Tools & gauges - Concepts design & DAP approval.
- Knowledge of Quality standards and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge to Prove out the Cycle Time, Cp, Cpk.
- Detailed understanding to workout feasibility for machining part RFQ.
- Should be able to Communication with internal & external customers.
- Should be process driven in nature & be tuned to work in CFT.
Salary: As per industry norms- depending upon existing experience & package.
