Digital Marketing : Drive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to boost traffic and lead generation in international markets. Manage websites and digital platforms to ensure effective online presence and improved ROI. Event Planning & Management : Plan and oversee international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and build strategic relationships. Ensure seamless execution of events in collaboration with internal and external teams. Performance Tracking & Budgeting : Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights to optimize strategies. Manage the marketing budget efficiently and allocate resources for maximum impact. Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead a team of international marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, regional marketing) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Qualifications : Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Experience : 10 to 15 years of proven experience in international marketing, particularly within global or multinational companies. Prior experience in the motor manufacturing or related industries is a plus. Skills & Competencies : Expertise in international marketing strategies and market dynamics. Strong proficiency in digital marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale campaigns.
