About Us:

Position: Proposal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle customer inquiries, technical evaluations, and quotation preparation.
• Source and coordinate with vendors for costing and lead times.
• Prepare tender documents, technical-commercial proposals, and support sales in negotiations.
• Manage customer communication, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for feasibility and technical clarifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience (2–5 years) in ESP, Bag Filter, Boiler Spares, or any Industrial Engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, costing, and proposal preparation.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and proactively under minimal supervision.
