Position: Office Executive
Department: Sales & Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and inquiries (spoken Hindi must)
• Prepare quotations, emails, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team and dispatch department
• Maintain customer records and daily office documentation
• B2B Inquiries Handling

Requirements:

• Must speak Hindi and English fluently
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Minimum qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
• B2B Sales Experience will be prefered

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
