Job Description

Email Support: Acknowledge customer inquiries, research issues, provide detailed written resolutions, and track tickets using reference numbers. • Live Chat Support: Assist website or app users in real time via text chat, delivering fast, concise answers while often handling multiple chats at the same time. • Data Entry & Processing: Accurately update customer records, process orders, manage backend databases, and maintain digital documentation. • Issue Escalation & Documentation: Log customer feedback, escalate complex technical or billing issues to higher tiers, and record interaction notes in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool. • Quality & SLA Compliance: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first response time, average handle/resolution time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
