Non-Voice Process Associate / ExecutiveRole OverviewThe Non-Voice Process Associate handles customer inquiries, processes transactions, and updates databases entirely through text-based communication. The ideal candidate has strong written English skills, fast and accurate typing abilities, and high attention to detail.Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Answer customer questions and resolve issues via live chat, email, and social media channels.
Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, update customer records, and verify documents in the internal database.
Ticket Management: Track, prioritize, and close support tickets based on urgency and company service level agreements (SLAs).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams or other departments to resolve complex client requests.
Quality & Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and data privacy regulations while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Age criteria 18 to 29 years

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
