Role Overview: As a permanent employee working in the office at Chennai, Siruseri in the Non Voice - Pensions or Financial Services role, your primary responsibility is to deliver customer query resolution across various contact channels while consistently meeting accuracy and timeliness performance indicators. You will also provide support on business processes, policies, and procedures, develop an understanding of customer and business requirements, and achieve predefined quality levels to meet and exceed customer SLAs. Displaying customer-centric skills and behaviors throughout every interaction is crucial, along with identifying performance challenges and supporting improvements for team efficiency. Keeping accurate records of operations and logging incidents, as well as interpreting and analyzing data related to customer requests and queries, are also key aspects of your role.
