Node.js Engineer

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Design and update job descriptions.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Integration of data storage solutions.

Skill Set & Personality Traits required:

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript with emphasis on functional aspects.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and frameworks such as Express.
• Good Understanding of the nature of asynchronous programming model.
• Good Understanding of callbacks and event emitters.
• Good Experience in Node.js Module/Library development.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
