NodeJs Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience building RESTful APIs, working with databases, and ensuring high performance and security of backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js
• Build and consume RESTful / GraphQL APIs
• Integrate databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Implement authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Debug and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams
• Write unit and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js / NestJS
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or SQL databases
• Knowledge of REST API design principles
• Experience with Git and version control
• Understanding of asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with security best practices

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of Docker & CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of GraphQL

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
