NOC Engineer 2

Role Overview: As a Level 2 NOC Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex network and infrastructure issues that are escalated from Level 1 support. Your focus will be on deep technical analysis, root cause identification, and collaboration with engineering teams and vendors to resolve persistent or high-impact incidents. This position does not involve routine monitoring or first-response duties. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, server platforms, and enterprise Wi-Fi. - Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex network and infrastructure issues. - Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to resolve persistent or high-impact incidents. - Utilize diagnostic tools effectively. - Explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a NOC or network support environment. - Strong experience in troubleshooting network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, server platforms, and enterprise Wi-Fi. - Experience in MikroTik is a must. - Proficiency with diagnostic tools. - Solid understanding of Cambium and knowledge of Ruckus. - Excellent analytical and communication skills.,
