Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor network dashboards and alerting consoles 24x72. Acknowledge alerts within defined SLA timeframes (5-15 minutes)3. Create incident tickets with proper categorization, prioritization, and documentation4. Execute basic runbooks for common issues (device reboots, service restarts)5. Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 within defined timeframes6. Communicate with clients via email/phone for incident updates7. Perform shift handovers with complete documentation8. Maintain accurate records in ticketing system9. Generate daily/weekly operational reports
