Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a NISM Exam Trainer, located in the Greater Kolkata Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The NISM Exam Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for NISM certification exams, creating and updating training materials, and evaluating trainee performance. Additional duties include providing feedback to trainees, staying updated with the latest NISM curriculum, and coordinating with the training department for scheduling and resources. Qualifications Strong knowledge of NISM certifications and financial services Experience in training, public speaking, and educational instruction Curriculum development and instructional design skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency in using online training tools and platforms Relevant certification or educational background in finance is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Education, or related field Show more Show less
