- Wake-up Calls:Providing wake-up call services as requested.
- Concierge Services:Assisting with requests like taxi or shuttle services and providing recommendations for local attractions.
Financial Responsibilities:
- Balancing Accounts: Reconciling all financial transactions from the day shift, ensuring accuracy in room charges, taxes, and other fees.
- Report Generation: Producing daily reports for management, including financial summaries, occupancy rates, and other relevant data.
- Payment Processing: Handling guest payments, including credit card transactions, cash, and other forms of payment.
- Cash Handling: Balancing cash drawers and reconciling them with receipts.
- Reviewing Transactions: Verifying the accuracy of all transactions posted to guest accounts.
Other Responsibilities:
- Security:Monitoring hotel security, potentially overseeing the safe and ensuring the safety of guests' valuables.
- Communication:Communicating with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.
