NICU Incharge

A reputed hospital in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh is looking for a qualified and experienced NICU Incharge to oversee operations in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge in neonatal care and proven leadership skills in managing NICU staff and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all clinical and administrative activities in the NICU.
• Ensure quality patient care for critically ill and premature newborns.
• Manage and guide a team of nurses and support staff to maintain high standards of neonatal care.
• Oversee infection control practices and patient safety protocols.
• Monitor and maintain NICU equipment and ensure timely maintenance.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, and other medical staff for comprehensive care.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate medical and administrative records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (preferably with specialization in Neonatal or Critical Care).
• Valid Nursing Council Registration (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NICU, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or in-charge role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
