Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute fundraising strategies and campaigns aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
• Research and identify potential funding opportunities and new donor segments.
• Write and submit grant proposals, concept notes, and partnership pitches.
• Organize and coordinate fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
• Prepare periodic reports, analytics, and impact updates for donors and management.
• Collaborate with communications and program teams to create compelling storytelling content that highlights the organization’s mission and impact.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• CSR & Fundraising Expertise: Understanding of CSR laws, donor expectations, and proposal formats.
• Storytelling: Ability to convey the NGO’s impact through engaging narratives.
• Relationship Management: Skilled in building trust and long-term partnerships with corporates and donors.
• Grant Writing: Proven experience in writing persuasive proposals and project documents.
• Research & Analytics: Proficiency in identifying potential funders and tracking fundraising performance.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion: Genuine dedication to social development and GSS’s mission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Development Studies, Social Work, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, donor relations, or corporate engagement (preferably in the NGO/non-profit sector).
• Familiarity with CSR regulations, funding processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience in using CRM tools or fundraising management software is an advantage.
