NGFW Expert Engineer (Nextgen Firewall)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time as per defined scope
• Perform hands-on migration from

  Cisco ASA to Palo Alto NGFW

• Deploy, optimize, and operationalize NGFW security solutions
• Guide customers on best practices for integrating NGFW solutions into enterprise networks
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to the Project Manager
• Coordinate with

  TAC

  for troubleshooting and support case resolution
• Prepare and maintain technical and project documentation
• Work independently or lead teams based on project requirements
• Deliver and document complex security solutions in customer environments

Mandatory Candidate Profile

• Minimum

  8 years

  of experience with enterprise security products and technologies
• Minimum

  5 Years

  of experience managing security solutions in large enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise security threat landscape and Internet protocols
• Proven experience in

  Cisco ASA to Palo Alto NGFW migration

• Hands-on experience with

  Expedition

  and firewall migration scripts
• Strong expertise in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and operations of

  Palo Alto Networks firewalls

• PCNSE certification Mandatory

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with

  MS Project

  or similar project management tools
• Scripting experience in

  Python and/or Bash

• Demonstrated project leadership capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent

• Willingness to work from office

  5 days a week
