NFE Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Create a welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and love for learning.
• Use play-based and participatory teaching methods to support children’s development.
• Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding child’s progress and development.
• Encourage positive behavior and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Prepare learning materials, displays, and classroom resources.
• Participate in centre events, meetings, and professional development programs.
• Follow centre policies and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teachers Training (NTT) / Montessori or a related field.
• Proven experience of min. 2 years as a Pre-Primary or Kindergarten teacher.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and educational best policies & practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, patience, and a caring attitude.
• Ability to manage a classroom with enthusiasm and discipline.
• Elementary computer skills for documentation and communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
