Next.js Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using

  Next.js

  and

  React

  .
• Integrate and consume

  GraphQL APIs

  , writing efficient queries and mutations.
• Work with PHP-based backend systems (Laravel, CodeIgniter, WordPress, or custom PHP APIs).
• Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and API routes effectively.
• Build reusable components and optimise applications for maximum performance and SEO.
• Collaborate with designers, backend teams, and product managers for seamless feature delivery.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve performance across devices and browsers.
• Conduct code reviews and follow best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience

  in front-end development with

  Next.js

  and

  React.js

  .
• Strong understanding of

  GraphQL

  (queries, mutations, schemas).
• Good working experience with

  PHP

  and integrating with PHP backend systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Tailwind/Bootstrap.
• Experience with Apollo Client/Server and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git version control and agile development processes.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or WordPress (PHP frameworks).
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Exposure to Docker or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of performance optimisation and SEO techniques.
