Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Next.js Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable web applications using the Next.js framework. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences and advancing our digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness. Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) techniques to enhance SEO and load times. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, adhering to best practices. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance development efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Next.js Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features. In-depth knowledge of React.js and its core principles. Experience with SSR and SSG in Next.js. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Proficient in version control systems, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS). Knowledge of authentication mechanisms and security best practices. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress. Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization techniques.
