Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a News Anchor based in Raipur. The News Anchor will be responsible for preparing and presenting news stories, conducting live reporting, delivering news in a clear and professional manner, and collaborating with the production team to develop engaging content. The role also involves performing interviews with guests, analyzing news coverage, and adhering to broadcast journalism standards.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Reporting, Broadcasting, and presenting live and pre-recorded segments
Experience in News Writing, Presenter tasks, and communicating stories with clarity and precision
Understanding of Broadcast Journalism principles, including the ability to deliver unbiased and accurate content
Exceptional verbal communication and public speaking skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced newsroom environment and work collaboratively with a team
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in news broadcasting is a strong advantage
An understanding of regional, national, and global current affairs is beneficial
