Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and arrival hall
Check tickets, verify passenger information, and issue boarding passes
Handle and process baggage, including tagging, loading, and unloading
Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
Coordinate with other airport staff, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground crew
Assist with aircraft cleaning and restocking of supplies
