Role Overview:

New Product Development (NPD) team

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the NPD team in product design and development.
• Assist in creating prototypes, conducting product trials, and analyzing results.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and product specifications.
• Learn and apply industry standards, materials knowledge, and testing methods.
• Contribute ideas for product improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Plastic Engineering (mandatory).

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of plastics and product design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
