Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Packaging position, located in Noida. The responsibilities include designing and engineering innovative packaging solutions, conducting research on new packaging materials and technologies, ensuring quality control throughout the production process, and developing packing strategies. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure all packaging meets company and client standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Packaging Design and Packaging Engineering
• Experience in Packing and developing packing strategies
• Strong Quality Control skills
• Proven ability to conduct research on packaging materials and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree and Diploma in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
