New Product Development Engineer

As a Product Development & Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for prototyping and conducting pilot trials while developing and documenting manufacturing process flows for new products. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration, supplier & material development, and coordinating with tooling vendors or internal toolroom for the timely development of dies, jigs, molds, etc. Ensuring documentation & process control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance are vital aspects of this position to ensure that first-off samples meet specifications before mass production. Continuous improvement of processes is also a key focus area. To qualify for this role, you should hold a BE degree in Mechanical or Rubber Tech and have 1-5 years of experience as an NPD engineer, with a preference for candidates from the Rubber Industry. Good communication skills and coordination abilities are essential for success in this position. This is a full-time job opportunity with benefits including leave encashment and Provident Fund.
