1.Should have around 2-3+ years of relevant experience in Syniti ADM. 2.Data Migration Tools:Proficiency in using data migration tools and technologies such as Syniti DSP/ADM/ADMM, LSMW, or SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit with expertise in SQL Server. 3.Syniti Proficiency:Should have good understanding about the flow of data from Source systems to Target tables in Syniti. Should have complete knowledge of Console, Design, Map, Transform, Automation, collect, assemble packages, Advance view builder etc. Should be well versed in creating manual rules, Target rules, validation reports, target readiness error reports etc. 4.SQL Proficiency: Should have good hands-on experience in writing SQL queries. Should be able to convert business requirements in SQL code. Extensive knowledge of Joins, views, sub queries etc. 5.SAP Expertise:Strong knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and data structures, particularly related to data migration and good functional understanding of Data across different business processes like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to report etc. 6.Data Integration:Experience with data integration methods, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data conversion techniques. 7.Requirements Analysis:Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data migration activities. 8.Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify data migration challenges, perform data profiling, and resolve data-related issues. 9.Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 10.Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment in supporting senior solution architects and other project team members. 11.Eagerness to Learn:Enthusiasm for expanding knowledge and skills in SAP data migration and taking on new challenges and contributing to the success of SAP implementation projects.
