Job Position : New Business & Brand Manager Experience : 3 Years Plus Location : Sector 12, Vasundhara - 201012 (Closest - Vaishali Metro Station) This is an exciting brand and business-facing role where you will be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships, generating new leads, and shaping the brand presence of Weddings by Lifeworks. We are looking for a smart, driven individual to lead business growth and brand building at Weddings by Lifeworks. This role combines relationship-building, strategic thinking, and creative storytelling. You will be the face of the brand, helping it reach the right clients, expand our network in the wedding industry, and ensure the brand voice stays elegant, relevant, and memorable. What You’ll Do: Identify and build relationships with wedding planners, luxury venues(Hotels), and key industry players. Respond to new client inquiries and convert leads into bookings by meeting and explaining them the portfolio & clientele. Strategize ways to reach new audiences through digital platforms, collaborations, and offline opportunities. Represent Weddings by Lifeworks at networking events, exhibitions, and relevant showcases. Work with our creative team to ensure the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity remain strong across all platforms. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re good with people and can build trust quickly. An eye for luxury, aesthetics, and storytelling. Someone who understands the emotional value of weddings. Prior experience in business development, brand building, sales, or the wedding/lifestyle industry is a plus. Organized, self-driven, and proactive in finding new opportunities and managing follow-ups. A good understanding of social media and digital trends in the wedding and luxury space.
