New and Used Car Sales Executive

As a Sales Associate in the automotive industry, your primary responsibility will be to conduct needs assessments in order to understand customer preferences and requirements for a vehicle. Through effective communication and active listening, you will negotiate prices and close sales, all while ensuring a satisfactory experience for both the customer and the dealership. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is key to encouraging repeat business and referrals. You will be expected to provide detailed information about available pre-owned vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing, in order to meet the needs of the customers. In this role, you will also be responsible for preparing sales contracts, arranging financing, and ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately. Coordinating vehicle delivery and ensuring that all post-sale requirements are met will also be part of your duties. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and preferences for used vehicles will be essential in providing a high level of customer service. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated work location.
