As a Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for providing technical support to clients. Your role involves compiling technical specifications clearly and concisely, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of options to reach the final solution. You will also be expected to create alternative solutions as backup planning. Additionally, you will work towards professional to expert level certification while developing business knowledge. Key responsibilities include interacting with clients both on-site and remotely to meet complex solution requirements, escalating unresolved problems to relevant third parties, responding to escalated client requests, writing reports and proposals, completing and maintaining project documentation, documenting standard operating procedures, and acting as a coach and mentor to junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians. You will also be involved in higher complexity design work, providing input to the design, taking ownership of relevant technologies, and performing any other related tasks as required. To thrive in this role, you need to have a seasoned understanding of technical design and business principles, project fundamental and administration ability, project skills demonstrated through installations and assignments, excellent customer engagement skills, relevant domain specialist knowledge, excellent verbal communication skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, ability to work under pressure, and the capability to coach, mentor, and provide guidance to team members. Academic qualifications and certifications required include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing, professional level certification in various Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNP, JNCIS, ACMP, and Cisco Dev Net certification. The ideal candidate should possess seasoned work experience in technical implementation engineering specific to Networking technologies, experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations, report writing experience, project management skills, and experience in Networking technologies like routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
