Networking Engineer - NOC Team

You should have hands-on experience in Technologies Remote Support, including 24/7 monitoring of Logs, Alerts, and Dashboards. Your responsibilities will include incident identification and recording, providing level 1 support for incidents, prioritizing and assigning tickets to respective teams, and following the escalation matrix. Additionally, you will be responsible for remote support, Cisco Router & Switches, Networking, Network Devices, and monitoring of Logs. You are also expected to assign tickets to respective teams and follow the escalation matrix. To qualify for this position, you should have a Graduate 12th +3 years polytechnic Diploma, 1 to 2 years of experience with 1 year of core experience in NOC Team & Remote Support. Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) are a must, along with skills in team handling, report generation, and presentation. Being flexible to learn and upgrade is highly valued. Proficiency in languages such as Hindi/English and understanding Gujarati is preferable. Key skills required for this role include Remote Support, Dashboard management, Routers, Team Management, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Computer Networking.,
