Network Technician

Role Overview: As a Network Technician at Kadkhoda, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to network equipment installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, security enforcement, and technical support. You will collaborate with IT staff and other departments to meet technology needs and ensure system availability, reliability, and data protection. Key Responsibilities: - Install and configure network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. - Monitor network performance to maintain system availability and reliability. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network/system issues. - Maintain documentation of network configurations, cabling layouts, and systems inventories. - Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects. - Collaborate with IT staff and other departments to support technology needs. - Implement and enforce security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. - Provide technical support for end-users and address network-related service requests. Qualifications Required: - Diploma, BCA, BTech, BE, BSc, MCA. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. - Mandatory Skill: CCNA certification.
