Roles & Responsibilities

• Familiarity with working on computers, laptops, workstations, and LAN networks

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking hardware such as routers, switches, and wireless access points

• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams in case of network, hardware, or system failures; raise and follow up on tickets until resolution

• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations

• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot network hardware, software, and video conferencing systems

• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot issues by identifying and resolving faults

• Evaluate LAN and WAN performance and address network shortcomings

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Basic working knowledge of computers, laptops, LAN, and WAN networking

(two-wheeler mandatory; petrol allowance provided)

Education

• UG: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computers, or Electrical
