About the Role:

We're building a team of highly skilled, versatile, and proactive Network Support Engineer who thrive in complexity, ambiguity, and technical depth. As a member of the team, you will bring deep expertise across the entire network stack, from wireless and security to WAN/LAN, routing, and DNS, while also being hands-on with modern platforms like Meraki, Mist, Terraform, and APIs.

This is a role for someone who doesn't just resolve issues but shapes solutions, influences product improvements, and raises the technical bar for the entire team. If you excel in troubleshooting, love tackling unique challenges, and remain calm under pressure, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and resolve complex support tickets across the full network stack, ensuring rapid, accurate resolution.

Manage and optimize intricate customer environments, primarily through remote support.

Document and escalate product issues with clear reproduction steps for engineering.

Propose well-researched, customer-informed feature requests to shape product direction.

Build and maintain high-quality documentation to improve team efficiency.

Provide consistently outstanding technical service that builds trust and long-term customer relationships.

Continuously deepen your expertise, share insights, and mentor teammates to strengthen collective capabilities.

Your Tech Toolkit

Core Networking: Wireless, Security, WAN/LAN, Routing, DNS

Next-Gen Platforms: Meraki, Mist

Automation & Integration: Terraform (IaC), API integrations

What We're Looking For?

Proven track record of solving complex network challenges across multiple layers.

Strong ability to work in ambiguous, high-pressure situations while delivering results.

Experience with Meraki or Mist (strong plus).

A natural knowledge sharer through documentation, mentoring, or training.
