Job Description

Network Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Design, plan, and implement complex WAN / LAN / WLAN / SD-WAN network solutions.
Execute network integration and transformation projects globally.
Support architecture design, technical documentation (HLD, LLD), and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, operations, and governance teams to ensure compliance.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for WAN and network transport domains.
Support incident resolution, performance tuning, and automation opportunities.

Mandatory Skills

Cisco SD-WAN
End-to-end deployment & management (Must Have)
Versa SD-WAN
Implementation and troubleshooting (Preferred)
Routing & Switching Protocols
BGP, OSPF, MPLS, GRE, QoS
TCP/IP
Advanced level understanding
LAN / WLAN / WAN / SD-WAN
– Hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise environments
Firewall & Network Security
– Working knowledge of NGFW integration
Cloud Networking Concepts
– AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, Equinix, Megaport
Tools
– ThousandEyes, SevOne, CyberArk, Spectrum, MS Entra ID
DNS, DHCP, DDI (Infoblox)
– Configuration and management
SASE / Secure Access / NFV Concepts
– Versa/Cisco (Umbrella) preferred
Documentation & Design
– High-level and low-level network architecture
Python (Basic scripting skills)
– Preferred for automation

Qualification & Certification

Bachelor’s / Diploma in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
Certifications preferred:

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
Versa Certified SD-WAN Associate / Specialist (VNX100)
