Network Services Implementation Manager

As a Network Implementation Manager at LSEG, you will be a crucial part of the NPS Network Implementation team within the Infrastructure & Cloud group. Your primary responsibility will involve leading and developing a team of Network Implementation Engineers distributed across various locations. You will play a key role in transforming the Network implementation capability in alignment with the company's business, service, product, and technology strategies. Your responsibilities will include owning and developing the Network Implementation team, driving strategic priorities across Enterprise and Datacenter Networks, analyzing workload and work reports, recommending process modifications, optimizing resource utilization, identifying skills gaps for training and upskilling, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, managing project requirements between teams, overseeing third-party resourcing, building relationships with internal and external partners, resolving customer issues, and guiding the professional development of team members. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in Network implementation, particularly in Enterprise and Datacentre Network Environments. You should possess a strong background in handling Network Implementation projects, expertise in Azure cloud networking, experience in leading highly skilled Network Implementation Engineers, knowledge of Network Automation Framework, and a track record of building effective customer relationships. Additionally, you should demonstrate qualities such as continuous learning, effective communication, time management, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
