• Firewall and IDS/IPS Configuration: Tools like Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Snort, Suricata.


• Network Access Control (NAC): Familiarity with 802.1X, RADIUS, and role-based access control. Cisco ISE experience


• VPN and Secure Tunnelling: Implementation of IPsec, SSL VPNs, and site-to-site configurations.


• SIEM and Log Analysis: Tools like Splunk, QRadar, ELK Stack; log correlation and threat detection.


• Network Segmentation & Zero Trust Architecture: Design segmented networks and apply Zero Trust


• principles.


• Compliance Standards: ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA.


• Threat Modelling & Risk Assessment: Identify vulnerabilities and assess potential impact.
