Network Security Operations Tech Support

As a Network Security Operations Tech Support at Airbus, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for network security operations and projects. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving network security issues, collaborating with users and technical teams for issue resolution, supporting security operations tools and processes, tracking project deliverables and service KPIs, and assisting in documentation and quality reviews. You will also be using ServiceNow for issue tracking and follow-up, collaborating with Tech Specialists on ongoing projects, supporting service delivery to ensure SLAs are met, and coordinating upgrades and infrastructure changes. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues (incidents/problems) - Work with users and technical teams for issue resolution - Support security operations tools and processes - Track project deliverables and service KPIs - Assist in documentation and quality reviews - Use ServiceNow for issue tracking and follow-up - Collaborate with Tech Specialists on ongoing projects - Support service delivery and ensure SLAs are met - Coordinate upgrades and support infrastructure changes Technical Skills Required: - Must-have tools: Palo Alto (firewalls), F5 (load balancers), Netskope (cloud security), Proxy & other infrastructure security tools - Additional skills: Service management experience (incident, change, problem management), good communication skills, experience with network security monitoring and performance tools Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in network security operations - Experience with Palo Alto, F5, and network security monitoring tools - Strong knowledge of networking, network security, and cloud security - Experience in incident, change, and problem management - Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM practices Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position based in Bangalore, and immediate joiners are preferred.
