● Service Management skills/experience
● Manage, update and control network security monitoring tooling
● Follow up of solution deployment
● Reviewing documentation of production
● Follow Project Entry into Operation
● User support in case of incidents
● Change coordination, support and review
● Service Delivery by ensuring the SLA
● Problem Management
● Solution Performance Management
● Review SOC L1 use cases
● Support to technical experts for equipment upgrade
● Manage requests
